Our May issue focused on the second of our three-part series dedicated to client experience. This issue was all about client on-boarding.  We were curious to learn how many of our members have formal client on-boarding strategies to help clients learn about all of the things that your firm offers and begin to build a long-lasting relationship. Our survey results indicated that many firms are not using them at all, with 100% of our respondents indicating that they have no official on-boarding process. This indicates an area of opportunity for many of our marketers!

The final question was actually a trivia question, and 33.3% of you were correct! According to www.wyzowl.com, 86% of customers say that they would be more likely to stay loyal to a business that invests in on-boarding procedures that welcome them and educate them after they have signed on/purchased.
