While poll results indicate some variety one thing is clear- many firms are beginning to implement a CRM. The specific CRM platforms and champions within each firm still vary. CRM can be very useful for content distribution, lead segmentation and new business, but creating a system that works will really depend on your firm’s structure and the way your people work best. There is no doubt that CRM will continue to be important to marketers and business developers for years to come.
