How-to Register
All participants are encouraged to register online in advance of the Summit. Doing so will make check-in at the Summit a quick and easy process. Pre-registration closes on Friday, May 11, 2018. 

Registration fees include all receptions. The pre-conference workshops, dine-arounds and CSR activity are an additional fee.

Guest Fee 
Your guest is welcome to join our evening receptions by paying a guest fee of $175. Please note that guests are those individuals who are not in the industry and must be 18 years of age or older.

Corporate Social Responsibility Activity
AAM will be working with Portland Homeless Family Solutions (PHFS) to assemble activity bags for pre-school children. The $30 registration fee will be used to purchase supplies. Portland Homeless Family Solutions (PHFS) empowers homeless families with children to get back into housing and to stay there long-term. We envision a community where no family experiences homelessness and where every family receives the support and compassion necessary to thrive. PHFS helps over 185 homeless families with children find temporary shelter and move back into permanent housing every year. It takes an average of 54 days to help families find permanent housing, and 94% of the families keep their housing long-term. 

Note: as the registration fee will be used to purchase supplies it will not be tax deductible as a charitable contribution

Cancellation Policy 
Full refunds will be issued if cancellation requests are received by April 12, 2018. Refunds, less a $100 administrative fee, will be issued on written requests before April 30, 2018. Due to financial obligations incurred by AAM, no refunds will be issued on cancellation requests after April 30, 2018. Cancellation requests must be in writing via email. "No shows" are not refundable and are liable for the full registration fee. Your registration may be transferred to another colleague if you provide written authorization.
